Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney in Pittsburgh, PA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex litigation matters, mentor team members, and contribute to the firm's success.

Duties

  • Manage complex litigation cases from inception to resolution.
  • Mentor and guide junior attorneys and staff.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop legal strategies.
  • Contribute to the firm's growth and success through leadership and innovation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sophisticated litigation experience preferred.
  • Licensed attorney in good standing with Pennsylvania.
  • Experience with commercial real estate, contract disputes, land use, and zoning.
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
  • Excellent academic record and dedicated work ethic.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Skills

  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple cases simultaneously.
