Duties

• Research, draft, and file patent applications with a focus on technology sectors.
• Represent clients in patent litigation across various technologies.
• Litigate in federal district courts, ITC, and PTAB.
• Lead AI research and legal requirements for technology clients.
• Advise on all aspects of intellectual property litigation.
• Develop and communicate legal strategies and recommendations.
• Analyze legal documents for causes of action domestically and internationally.
• Mentor junior associates and review their work for client readiness.

Requirements

• J.D., LL.M., or U.S. equivalent in law.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in intellectual property law.
• Admitted to the California State Bar.
• Experience in patent litigation and technology client advisement.
• Experience in international arbitration related to intellectual property.

Education

• J.D., LL.M., or equivalent in law.

Certifications

• California State Bar admission.

Skills

• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Experience with AI and computer vision technologies.
• Ability to develop comprehensive legal strategies.
