Duties:

  • Handle real estate and oil & gas litigation from inception through resolution

  • Draft, review, and file legal documents including motions, pleadings, and briefs

  • Advise clients on legal rights, risks, and obligations in real estate and energy matters

Requirements:

  • Active license to practice law in Texas and good standing
