This full-time position is ideal for a results-driven, strategic litigator with 2–5 years of experience who can manage a high-volume caseload while working in a fast-paced and collaborative legal environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to case handling and client interaction.

Location

Duties

  • Investigate and analyze case facts to develop damages evidence

  • Negotiate settlements, including resolution of liens, when appropriate

  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and insurance representatives

  • Supervise support staff to ensure efficient case progression

  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve strategic firm objectives

  • Attend hearings, depositions, and other case-related proceedings

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in plaintiff or defense personal injury law

  • Admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio

  • Experience in insurance defense or prior claims handling is highly preferred

  • Proven ability to manage a large and active docket independently

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-pressure legal setting

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Ohio State Bar
