The candidate will represent the interests of insurance carriers and employers in claims filed by injured workers from inception through closure, including depositions, pre-trials, trials, and oral arguments. Will advise clients on legal matters. Help investigate accidents and potential defenses. Negotiate settlement on behalf of clients. Must have Admission to practice law in Illinois.
