Employment Law Litigation Attorney

Charlotte office of our client seeks an employment law litigation attorney with 10+ years of experience at trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations. The candidate must be well-versed in federal and state employment law, rules of civil procedure, and rules of evidence. Active Bar admission is required.

The candidate must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Must have powerful high-stakes negotiation skills. Should have adroit interpersonal skills for communicating with clients and opposing counsel. Independent and proactive case management skills are needed. Should be a skilled user of technology.
