Duties

• Collaborate with clients on transactional tax matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of transactional tax experience.
• Experience with partnerships, real estate, and corporate matters.
• Strong academic credentials.
• New York Bar membership required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
