A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking an Attorney to handle personal injury cases and represent clients in hearings and depositions. The Attorney will manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to final resolution. They will be responsible for appearing remotely or in-person for hearings and depositions and must possess excellent verbal negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will be organized, able to work well under pressure, and have experience in personal injury law.

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases.
• Represent clients in hearings and depositions, either remotely or in person.
• Handle cases from inception to final resolution, including settlement negotiations or trial.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the cases.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bar admission in California.
• Experience in personal injury law.
• Excellent verbal negotiation skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
