Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex technology-related agreements

• Advise clients on intellectual property, licensing, data use, and commercial transaction matters

• Collaborate across offices and practice groups to support multi-jurisdictional transactions

• Contribute to the firm's legal innovation and client service initiatives

• Participate in mentoring and development programs specific to lateral associates

• Engage in pro bono opportunities, with full credit toward billable hours

Requirements

• Should have 2-5 years of experience

• Previous law firm experience in IP or technology transactions

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Strong academic credentials required

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar
