Job Overview: A law firm seeks a Cyber, Privacy, and Data Associate Attorney to play a pivotal role in advising and representing clients on all cybersecurity and incident response matters. The ideal candidate will help clients navigate the complex landscape of cyber threats and data protection regulations, possessing 3-5 years of experience, strong academic credentials, and excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills. Membership to the CA State Bar is required.

Duties:

  • Advise and represent clients on cybersecurity and incident response matters.
  • Assist clients in navigating data protection regulations.
  • Conducted legal research and drafted legal documents related to cybersecurity and data privacy.
  • Provide counsel on best practices for data protection and incident response.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity and incident response.
  • Membership to the CA State Bar.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
