First Party Property Associate Attorney

A law firm in Naples, FL, is seeking a First Party Property Associate Attorney to manage a high-volume caseload of complex litigation cases and provide legal representation to insurance carrier clients. The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced Partner, discussing litigation strategy and ensuring excellent client service.

Duties:

• Manage a high-volume caseload of complex litigation cases.
• Provide legal representation to insurance carrier clients.
• Work closely with an experienced Partner to discuss litigation strategy.
• Ensure excellent service to clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida State Bar.
• Experience defending clients in various litigation matters, including personal injury, medical malpractice, and insurance defense.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the Florida State Bar.
