Associate Attorney

Job Overview:
A law firm seeks a dedicated Associate Attorney to join its legal team in Seattle, WA. • Ensure compliance with public records disclosure and open meetings laws

• Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations

• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, pleadings, and motions

• Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented firm environment

Requirements:

• Strong academic and professional qualifications

• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple areas of law and adapt to diverse legal issues

• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus

• Commitment to professional development and expertise expansion

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Washington State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity
