Requirements

  • 3+ years of litigation experience in construction law, labor law, insurance defense, or personal injury.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar required.
  • Admission to NJ and/or CT Bar is a plus.
  • Strong experience with New York Labor Law litigation in State court; Federal court experience a plus.
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex litigation caseloads from start to finish.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
