This role suits an attorney with at least three years of family law experience or five years of life experience that has cultivated strong empathy and interpersonal skills. Duties:

  • Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, visitation rights, alimony, and property settlements.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Hold a current Illinois bar license in good standing.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in family law practice or 5+ years of relevant experience demonstrating substantial empathy and understanding.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in handling complex family law issues and a proven successful client service track record.
  • Strong litigation and negotiation skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) required.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois.
