A law firm in Surprise, AZ, is seeking an Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in estate planning law.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in estate planning matters.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' estate planning needs and objectives.
• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Develop customized estate plans tailored to clients' unique circumstances and goals.
• Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies for estate and wealth transfer planning.
• Handle probate and trust administration matters, including asset distribution and beneficiary disputes.
• Stay informed about changes in estate planning laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client matters.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Arizona.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing estate planning law.
