The candidate should preferably have experience or knowledge in general litigation, including Business Litigation; Real Estate Litigation; Construction litigation; Creditor's Rights and Collections; Homeowners & Condominium Associations; Corporate governance, and managing litigation. Must be Licensed to practice in Ohio.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials, a commitment to delivering quality legal work for the firm's clients, and be committed to growing their practice. Must have excellent analytical, writing, and legal research skills, strong attention to detail, and work with a sense of urgency. Must exhibit a "client first" approach to the practice of law. A Juris Doctorate degree is required.
