Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Mid-Level Real Estate Associate to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, development, land use, zoning, and commercial leasing.

Duties

  • Manage acquisitions and dispositions of real estate properties.
  • Oversee real estate development projects.
  • Handle land use and zoning matters.
  • Negotiate and draft commercial leasing agreements.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide effective legal solutions.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of real estate law experience.
  • Large law firm experience preferred; boutique firm experience considered.
  • Familiarity with real estate financing is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and research skills.
  • Ability to manage small-to-mid sized matters efficiently.
  • Member of the Texas or Florida Bar, or willingness to be admitted.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in Texas or Florida preferred.
