Job Overview

Duties

  • Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders, and borrowers in real estate financing.

Requirements

  • Two to eight years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Experience with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing preferred.
  • California State Bar admission required.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Admission to the California State Bar.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in real estate law and financing.

The San Francisco office of this mid-sized firm is engaged primarily in litigation and general business, although the firm boasts a solid regulatory and administrative law practice and a respectable labor/employment practice. The billable hour target is 1850.
