The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in lending and deposit regulatory compliance, loan transactions, and workouts and collections. This role involves handling regulatory compliance, creditors' rights, and commercial loan transactional matters.

Duties

• Manage regulatory compliance and creditors' rights cases.
• Handle commercial loan transactions and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience in commercial bankruptcy and loan workouts.
• Familiarity with lending laws and regulations.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Maryland.
• Strong writing, analytical, and litigation skills.
• Ability to meet a minimum of 1,500 billable hours annually.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Maryland or eligibility for admission.
