Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Mid-Level Venture and Growth Finance Associate to join its finance department in Baltimore, Maryland. Duties

• Represent lenders in commercial finance transactions.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred.
• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
