Duties

• Manage litigation cases from inception through resolution, including drafting motions and legal briefs.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies for settlement or trial.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Prepare witnesses and clients for depositions and trials, ensuring full preparedness.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to gather evidence and develop litigation strategies.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress and legal options.
• Provide expert legal counsel, ensuring compliance with legal procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience with success in case management and trial preparation.
• Strong proficiency in legal procedures and drafting motions.
• In-depth understanding of trial procedures and courtroom dynamics.
• Proven ability to represent clients in depositions and trials.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
