Job Overview
A law firm seeks an experienced personal injury litigation attorney to join their team, handling compelling cases on both local and national levels. This position is based in the United States and offers the opportunity to work on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.

Duties

  • Manage a variety of personal injury cases, including malpractice, trucking, and products liability.
  • Conduct depositions, trials, and draft legal briefs.
  • Collaborate with a team to drive cases to successful conclusions.
  • Participate in virtual and in-person hearings as required.

 

Requirements

  • Admission to the bar in at least one state.
  • Proficiency with legal technology and practice management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow through on tasks.
  • Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills.
  • Experience in a team environment, capable of taking direction and showing leadership.

 

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications

  • Bar admission in at least one state.
