Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level associate for its Banking group in Chicago, Illinois. Duties

Requirements

  • Experience in general finance and corporate law.
  • Proficiency in drafting and negotiating legal documents.
  • Familiarity with UCC regulations.
  • High level of academic achievement preferred.
  • Solid law firm experience preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
