Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Mid- to Senior-Level Leverage Finance Associate for its Chicago, IL office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of substantive finance experience, particularly in private credit sponsor acquisition financings.

Duties

• Collaborate with financial institutions on syndicated and club transactions.
• Engage in structured finance, CLOs, and fund finance activities.
• Focus on cash flow lending and sophisticated finance transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of finance experience.
• Experience with bank and non-bank financial institutions.
• Admitted to the Illinois Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Illinois Bar admission.

Skills

• Strong deal experience in a large law firm setting.
• Proficiency in cash flow lending and finance transactions.
