A law firm in Charlottesville is actively seeking a Private Wealth Services Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate should possess excellent academic credentials and have 1-4 years of law firm experience, including client interaction. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in sophisticated estate planning, trust and estate administration, fiduciary dispute matters, as well as business and income tax issues.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel in sophisticated estate planning matters.
  • Handle trust and estate administration tasks.
  • Assist in fiduciary dispute resolution.
  • Address legal issues related to business and income tax.

 

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of law firm experience in sophisticated estate planning.
  • Experience in trust and estate administration.
  • Familiarity with fiduciary dispute matters.
  • Exposure to business and income tax issues.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in the appropriate jurisdiction.

 

Skills:

  • Solid understanding of sophisticated estate planning concepts.
  • Proficiency in trust and estate administration.
  • Ability to navigate fiduciary dispute matters.
  • Knowledge of business and income tax issues.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
