Associate Attorney needed for Los Angeles office

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with experience. The candidate will handle all aspects of litigation, from A through Z. Duties will include drafting and filing Complaints; drafting and responding to discovery; drafting correspondence; meeting and conferring with opposing counsel on the discovery, subpoenas, etc.; drafting law and motion; taking and defending depositions; preparing trial documents, including MILs, exhibit binders, and joint trial documents.

The candidate should preferably be internally driven, able to take direction and criticism well, and detail-oriented. Must have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
