Dallas law firm client is seeking a civil defense litigator with 2+ years of experience. Disputes include civil, business, and family law. Candidates must be able to handle all stages of pre-litigation and have excellent drafting skills and knowledge of the law. Candidates will work closely with partners to prepare disputes for trial.
