Baltimore office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior litigation associate attorney with 5+ years of relevant experience. The candidate will independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end. Will work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Experience with medical malpractice, legal malpractice and general commercial litigation is preferred. Experience with depositions and trials is desired. Legal project management experience is helpful. Must be admitted to practice in Maryland/DC.
The candidate must have J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Superior communication, writing, and research skills are required.
This small branch of a large, full-service, national firm is very active in Maryland. Its practice areas include products liability, toxic torts, employment practices, and insurance law, among other things. Salary is adequate.
