Associate Attorney needed for Austin office

A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney for their Austin location. The candidate, with 1-3 years of litigation experience, will serve in multiple practice areas, including property owners association law, insurance defense, real estate and business litigation, construction law and construction defect litigation, corporate general counsel and regulatory compliance, collections, and bankruptcy. The role involves drafting and revising contractual agreements, corporate governing documents, and real estate documents. An attorney will play a pivotal role in the firm, serving across a diverse range of practice areas. With a primary focus on property owners association law, insurance defense, real estate and business litigation, construction law and construction defect litigation, corporate general counsel and regulatory compliance, collections, and bankruptcy, the candidate will contribute significant litigation experience. The role also includes responsibilities for drafting and revising contractual agreements, corporate governing documents, and real estate documents.

Duties:

• Serve in multiple practice areas, including property owners association law.
• Handle insurance defense and real estate and business litigation.
• Manage construction law and construction defect litigation matters.
• Provide corporate general counsel and regulatory compliance services.
• Oversee collections and bankruptcy cases.
