Associate First Party Property Litigation Attorney

Job Duties:

• Handle first party property litigation matters independently under attorney supervision.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and trials as necessary.

Requirements:

• Admission to practice law in Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in first party property litigation.
• Additional Bar admissions are a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
