Associate Attorney needed for Los Angeles office

A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team in Los Angeles, CA, primarily focusing on commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, outstanding academic credentials, strong written and oral advocacy skills, experience handling discovery and other trial preparation at a large law firm or civil litigation boutique, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset. California Bar admission is also required.

Job Overview:

Duties:

• Represent clients in various legal proceedings, especially in commercial litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests/responses.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and tactics.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed.
• Manage client relationships and provide effective communication and counsel.

Requirements:
