Duties

• Communicate with counsel and parties to secure necessary documents for case settlements.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel regarding case status.
• Ensure timely payment issuance to claimants through carrier communications.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve case settlement issues.
• Prepare and review Minor's Compromise Judicial Council forms.
• Draft petitions to approve compromise of claims of minors.
• Attend hearings as required.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage a large caseload with varying deadlines.
• Knowledge of court rules and filing procedures is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe.

Education

• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
