Duties

  • Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and other alternative dispute resolution processes.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies and client communications.
  • Maintain organized case files and meet deadlines for court appearances and filings.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience in civil litigation, with preference for insurance defense experience.
  • Strong analytical and legal research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Willingness to manage a caseload and meet deadlines.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
