Tax Associate Attorney

San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a tax associate attorney with 3-5 years of diversified transactional tax experience. The candidate should preferably have experience in partnership, real estate, and/or corporate work. Am Law 200 law firm experience preferred. Must have Admission to the State Bar of California.

The candidate must have excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills. Should have a high level of academic achievement. An LL.M. is helpful.
