Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 6-10 years of transactional experience to join their team in Washington, D.C. The successful candidate will engage with various stakeholders in the real estate sector, including developers, owners, managers, and investors.

Duties

  • Collaborate with developers, owners, and managers on real estate transactions.

Requirements

  • Admission to, and good standing with, the D.C. Bar.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Washington, D.C.
