A law firm in Crystal Lake, IL, is seeking an Attorney with an array of practice areas, initially emphasizing municipal prosecution. The candidate will prosecute misdemeanor, petty, and ordinance violations in both circuit court and municipal administrative court.

Duties:

• Prosecute misdemeanor, petty, and ordinance violations in circuit court and municipal administrative court.
• Handle a variety of legal matters within the firm's practice areas.
• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare for court proceedings.

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney in Illinois.
