Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance on tax implications of business transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the state bar association and eligibility for admission to the Florida Bar.
  • 5-15 years of experience practicing law with a focus on U.S. federal tax matters.
  • Proven track record in dealing with cross-border tax issues for high-net-worth individuals and business entities.

Certifications:
