Job Overview

A law firm seeks a dynamic associate with 2-3 years of experience to join its Executive Compensation and Benefits Practice Group. This position offers flexibility in location, with opportunities in Austin, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley.

Duties

  • Collaborate with attorneys to deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work extended hours when needed to meet project deadlines and business demands.
  • Communicate effectively with clients on sophisticated transactions.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or foreign equivalent; an LLM will be considered in lieu of a JD.
  • Experience at an Am Law 100 firm.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Exceptional analytical, research, and legal writing skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Admission to and good standing with the bar in the jurisdiction(s) where you will practice.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or foreign equivalent.

Certifications

  • Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction(s).

Skills

  • Sound judgment and ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
