The ideal candidate must have strong fundamental skills within the trusts and estates practice area, including gift and estate tax planning business transactions, private equity, securities offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. Business, financial, or tax qualifications (LL.M., CFP, CPA, MBA, MST) and Law Review or Business Law Journal experience are preferred.
