Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level Real Estate Associate Attorney in Boston, Massachusetts. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team providing legal advice on a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, development, financing, and leasing.

Duties

• Advise clients on acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets.
• Represent lenders and borrowers in construction and permanent financings.
• Participate in joint ventures and portfolio transactions.
• Engage in equity joint venture investments and entity formation.
• Handle transactions involving residential, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and land assets.

Requirements

• Admitted to the New York state bar or eligible to waive in.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Experience with REITs and real estate funds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage increased levels of responsibility on client matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York state bar.
