Mid-Level Associate: Structured Finance

Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level associate for its Structured Finance practice in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of securitization experience, particularly in CLOs, asset-based loans, and/or REMICs, along with excellent credentials.

Duties

• Assist in the structuring and execution of securitization transactions.
• Collaborate with team members on complex financial deals.
• Conduct legal research and draft related documentation.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk management.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant securitization experience.
• Proficiency in CLOs, asset-based loans, and/or REMICs preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
