A client-focused, expanding law firm in the Charlotte area is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to help grow and lead its estate planning division. Location:

Duties:

  • Conduct client consultations to assess estate planning needs

  • Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives

  • Advise clients on estate tax planning, wealth transfer, and asset protection strategies

  • Maintain organized and accurate client files and legal documentation

  • Ensure compliance with North Carolina estate planning laws and regulations

  • Collaborate with the real estate and business law teams on cross-practice matters

  • Provide empathetic and effective counsel to clients and their families

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning law

  • Proven ability to manage cases from consultation to document execution

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
