Job Overview

Duties

• Engage in patent litigation and related commercial disputes.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of life sciences patent litigation experience.
• Background in biological or chemical science, advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with global or European patents is a plus.
• Federal clerkship experience is desirable.
• Large law firm experience preferred.
• Industry or regulatory experience in biopharma is welcome.
• Strong academic background required.
