• Prepare and file immigration applications and petitions with relevant governmental bodies, ensuring full compliance with legal standards.

• Represent clients in immigration court and administrative hearings.

• Conduct thorough legal research and keep current with developments in immigration law and policy.

• Maintain clear communication with clients, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the immigration process.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in any state or U.S. territory.

• Fluency in Spanish is required.

• Experience with family-based immigration cases is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active and valid Bar license in any U.S. state or territory.
