Duties:

  • Lead litigation on high-stakes personal injury cases involving catastrophic injuries or fatalities

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research, case analysis, and strategy development

  • Prepare and file motions, pleadings, and briefs with a focus on precision and persuasion

  • Handle discovery processes, including depositions and expert witness engagement

  • Collaborate with a senior trial attorney on case development and courtroom preparation

  • Represent clients in mediations, settlement discussions, and trial proceedings

  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring transparency and advocacy throughout each phase

  • Work within a legal team dedicated to outworking and outperforming opposing counsel

Requirements:

  • Active license to practice law in Arizona

  • Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for personal injury, product liability, or medical malpractice

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation

  • Proven ability to handle emotionally charged, high-value cases with care and tenacity

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
