Health Law Associate Attorney

The candidate will be defending complicated medical malpractice and long-term care litigation. Will handle all aspects of the case from responsive pleadings, discovery, and taking fact and plaintiff depositions. Strategize and evaluate cases under the supervision of the shareholder. Collaborate with expert witnesses. Case negotiation, preparing for and attending mediations. Trial preparation. Communications with clients and other counsel.
