Location:

Duties:

  • Investigate case facts and develop supporting damages evidence

  • Negotiate case settlements, including resolution of liens where applicable

  • Maintain professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and insurance representatives

  • Collaborate with legal teams to meet firm objectives

  • Supervise and provide guidance to support staff

Requirements:

  • Active license to practice law in the State of Ohio

  • 2–5 years of experience in personal injury law (plaintiff or defense)

  • Strong understanding of personal injury litigation and case lifecycle

  • Ability to manage a large caseload effectively

  • Proven experience in negotiation and advocacy

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a team-based environment

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:
