A law firm in Reno, NV, is seeking a Senior Health Care Attorney (Transactional) to join their growing M&A and Private Equity practice group. The ideal candidate will possess transactional health care experience in aggregation models across various industry sectors and demonstrate strong business acumen, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.

 

Job Details:

  • Utilize transactional health care experience in aggregation models across industry sectors including dental, behavioral health, med spa, optometry, ophthalmology, etc.
  • Support health care transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Build state-compliant models and conduct regulatory diligence and oversight.
  • Demonstrate a strong business and entrepreneurial sense.
  • Provide excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.
  • Manage internal and external client and counsel relationships effectively.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting health care transactions.
  • Experience in building state-compliant models and conducting regulatory diligence and oversight.
  • Strong business and entrepreneurial sense.
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service.

Education:
