Job Title: Associate Attorney

Duties:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of loan documents, financial statements, and demand letters to ensure compliance before initiating legal actions
  • Prepare and review pleadings and other legal documents for action initiation
  • Represent the firm at court hearings and liaise with opposing counsel
  • Maintain and update internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations
  • Uphold high standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all activities
  • Ensure adherence to state, federal, and local regulations related to foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections

Requirements:

  • Bar membership in Florida.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Prior bankruptcy or other creditor’s rights experience is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on high-quality, accurate work
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Certifications:

  • Active Bar membership in Florida is in good standing.
