Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced attorney to join its litigation team in Los Angeles, CA. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and tenured team in a growing location. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in complex civil and commercial litigation within a mid-size or large law firm.

Duties

• Join a team of trial lawyers and litigators specializing in complex litigation and products liability defense.
• Draft and prepare pleadings and discovery documents.
• Prepare for, take, and defend depositions.
• Manage document production and argue discovery and other motions.
• Engage in effective case management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of meaningful litigation experience in complex litigation, class action, and products liability.
• Outstanding written and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Admitted and in good standing with the California Bar.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admitted to the California Bar.
